His anger endures but a moment – Psalm 30.5

Psalm 30:5 “5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

In our daily walk in this world, we get angry with others, and God gets angry with us for our disobedience, hard-headedness, and ignoring him. But his mercy is new every morning. Today, if you are feeling overwhelmed by anger at others, first let God remind you that He has forgiven you of your sins. Then take that thought, meditate on it, and find the Joy that will come in the morning when you have asked forgiveness of the one you are angry at. It is not a matter of who is right; it is a matter of whether you are right with God

Ephesians 4:26 “26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:” 

Take care of the matter now so that Joy can come in the morning.
