Sing it Out Colossians 3.16

Colossians 3.16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Just to see if anyone is really focused tell me what you think of this verse. What two words jump out at you and speak to your spirit, let me know via text 540)623-7356

We have a decision to make every day will we let (allow) the word of Christ, the scriptures, live in us richly. Not sparingly not just to feel like we have met our obligation but richly, as if it is the joy of your soul, it is what causes you to sing (or at least act like your singing). Why sing? to reveal the wisdom of God and to share what he is teaching you and what you want to help others understand by drawing alongside of them and sharing your poetry (psalms, adages phrases that God give you to help understand), your crafted and developed expressions of faith (hymns), and finally that music that your spirit hears and ministers to the spirit of others. All this is to manifest the marvelous grace of Jesus, the great gift he gave you. This is not saying you need to be a musician in the traditional sense but you are desiring to sing

”Then sings my soul my Savior God to thee, How great thou art”
